The most powerful expression on justice in the history of mankind

State Minister Mr. Shansul Haque Tuku of Bangladesh  once advised Begum Khaleda Zia to take lessons from Shapla action against Hifazot Islam ,accusing begum Zia for the lose of life, damaging democracy and putting a barrier to war crimes tribunal, and even suggesting her party’s  obliteration as a political party. It sounded like a virtuous speech coming from a virtuous State Minister. But the Minister knowingly hid the truth, for he was in self denial. In fact, the actual the problem point to their actions which are intrinsic to the nature of Awamileague rather than BNP. Historically since independence, Awamileague has been the most wanton party to destroy democracy, kill people, and plunder countries wealth with impunity. In fact, they are the most problem creator than a solution provider. They have this belief for Sheikh Mujibs’ most fancied system of government called ‘BAKSAL’:  where one party rules and one opinion prevails over millions of Bangladeshis. And it would not be an exaggeration to say that they are the most arrogant, selfish, cunning, and hypocritical politician in Bangladesh. As for war crime tribunal, surely, he must have realized, it has become a burden for them rather than a let off. And if that was not enough then surely Shabag killings of Hiffazot men should make them worried. It had already made their backers India worried

It had been reported that Indian intelligence agency (RAW) having made their analysis, were worried for BD awamileague prospect for winning the next election. Their observation was that Shabag blogers had made negative impact on the popularity and support of Awamileague with the general public, and have opened a Pandora’s Box which had not been there before. Hifazote Islam has become a factor, and even a report in Washington Post had confirmed that fear that Islamic movement in Bangladesh are increasing their support with the public.

The Indian intelligence service further commented that both India and America want to see the present government in power again, but the likely hood of this possibility will be hard to achieve. However, RAW did not say why they want to see a brutal authoritarian government in power, rather than one elected by popular vote. I guess, it is to do with selfish interest of hegemonic powers that are drawing new road map for future strategic interest, so that the government that most serves them are best fitting to be in power.

The only impediments to their dream are the nationalist patriotic and conservative Islamic party’s, hence their fear for them. A Source of extensive, but unforeseen troubles for the people of Bangladesh is on its way, thanks to India, and America’s game plan

Sheikh Hasina, the lady Hitler of Bangladesh thinks all is fine and well, as if she had a family squabble with Hifazot and Jamat and BNP, day after tomorrow everything will be forgotten. Well, who could have forgotten the terror unleashed on 28 February on Jamat Shibir, and on the dark night of 6th of May. If ever anybody’s hair stood on end with terror, mine must have done so then, even though thousand miles apart. No one could happily slip away, and deposit that part of conscience in the mist of history. Men’s nature is to see justice, and you can bet justice shall be done. Today or tomorrow, Sheikh Hasina will have to answer for her crime, for justice is universal, and we have a powerful expression on justice in our Quran.

Those who propagate that Islamic teaching are back dated and only meant for the 14th century, should reflect on this following statement of the Quran:

“O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah, even if it be against yourselves or parents and relatives, whether one is rich or poor, Allah is more worthy of both. So follow not personal inclination, lest you not be just. And if you distort your testimony or refuse to give it then indeed Allah is ever acquainted, with what you do.”

Now, it is often fashionable with many modern educated pundit in the east to adopt western thoughts and ideas because they see it more advance, modern and realistic, but what if the greatest western mind adopts and recognizes statement made by, what eastern modern pundit perceive as to be backdated, to be described as one of the greatest expression for justice in history? Would they then take it? Well, this is exactly what is described and posted at the entrance of faculty of Law at Harvard University. So, if the fashion is to adopt the west; then why not adopt this Ayah and implement this in the civic life, more relevantly, to the war crime tribunal. Would it not be more modern and just for judges in courts of Bangladesh to adhere to Quranic verse of Sura Nisa when delivering the verdict of war crime?
