Awami MP Ghulam Maula Roni sees no ‘Tyranny’ in Awamileague government.

Ghulam Maula Roni said in a talk show that when he was in jail, he had prayed behind Mir Kashim Ali, and had raised his hand in supplication, but when he heard Mir Kashem pleading with Allah to destroy Awami Government for Tyranny, he turned his hand over in protest. Thereafter, he never prayed behind Mir Kashem for Asar Jamat, but would pray the Taraweeh Salah.

That shows how deluded he is from the truth. He is blinded in heart and mind and sees no Jhulum committed by this government. He said that he introduced democracy in supplication to Allah in Jail, that he would allow Mir Kashem to supplicate in Asr, and he would supplicate after Taraweeh, but he would not pray behind Mir Kashem in Asar. I never thought there was democracy in prayers too. Soon, he might say that we should introduce secularism in prayers.

His false knowledge has made him puffed up and blinded. Worship is not about quantity or how much supplication you can do, but it’s about quality, intention, and sincerity of the heart. His fellow prisoners may have liked his lengthy supplication and use of language in plea, but in reality, how much quality and sincerity did he have when he prayed? Was he better than Mir Kshem Ali? Allah only knows.

But Allah does not accept puffed up, to be seen supplications, but he accept from a good heart full of faith, conviction and sincerity. How much conviction and sincerity did he have considering his liking for secularism?  He said some good things about Jamat followers hold up in jail that they are at ease about Jamat leader’s unjust convictions, that life and death is in Allah’s hand, that they do not follow their leaders but follow an ideology. Mr Roni may have learnt some good from Jamatis in jail, leaders may pass away or be killed, but Islam will remain and never dies.

One thing for sure, Mr Roni now realized the power of Darbesh Baba (Business and media tycoon Salman F Rahman)  Since he came out of Jail, he hardly uttered any bad word about him. He is now an obedient Murid (disciple) of Darbesh Baba. I wonder how much tribute he had to pay him to get out of jail. Whether there was any condition to shut his mouth. Most probably he would have been reprimanded by Sheikh Hasina not to ever open his mouth against her financial Guru and business advisor Salman F Rahman.

We can not be dictated by one woman thirst, and the thirst of India. Our freedom is too big, too important for us to be silent onlookers.

We now know that Sheikh Hasina, Tuku, DGFI major Imrul Kayes, now promoted to Lt General, and second in command of the army were directly involved in framing, manipulating, and coercing witnesses to give false statements against Jamat leaders accused of war crime. This secret video revealed many secrets of Sheik Hessian’s personal vendetta against Jamat, and how many people disappeared from their loved ones. It also revealed the fact that Tuku, the state minister for Home affairs, has a private army which he uses to bring terror in to peoples lives, so that they submit to his will. This video should be widely distributed to the public and handed over to international human rights groups, as well as governments that wield power over Hasina. Sheikh Hasina and her army of terrorist, liars, and traitors should be punished for their crimes. People should rise up to defend their freedom, right to justice, and human rights from her Army of thugs, and bring about ultimate victory for the people of Bangladesh.

Begum Zia is immensely popular in the country. No other Politician can remotely match her popularity. But BNP is clearly failing to capitalise on this. They sould rally the masses countrywide to unsettle the citadel of power of this fascist regime. The Leadership must not  remaine undecisive on this crucial issue. If they do, they may have to pay a high price for this lack of decisiveness

Awamileague is the king of corruption: In the last five years among other loot and plunders, Awami government, with the help of Ministers, MP, and cadres have pocketed 22000 CROR Taka in the name of multi level marketing company alone. Not to name Destiny, Hall mark, Share market, and other financial scam.

Awamileague is the king of massacres: It had killed more people than any other government in the history of Bangladesh. Amongst them was Jamat Shibir killings, Hifazot killings, abductions, and myriads of other disappearance to name a few.

Awamileague is the king of deception and lies: who ever believes in them, either they are naïve, or are one of them. They have a filthy stinking mouth; every word that comes out of their mouth smells like decomposed rats. Because they lie again and again, no one believes them anymore.

Their followers don’t have any principle, if they had the slightest standard of decency, they would have spoken against their party and leaders. But how can they, they are too afraid too speak the truth, because speaking the truth is not in their nature.

They are lovers of wealth and money, they forget that what they hide in their breast is known by Allah, and one day, he will put them in front of them. Then they will say what kind of book is this that leaves nothing small or big.

They hide what they know of their government misdeeds, and by hiding they are supporting tyrants and murderers. What benefit will it give them? When the fire will engulf their leaders for corruption and killings, can anyone save them?

So why support them? Be brave and speak out against injustice of Sheikh Hasina. Leave Awamileague for any other party you like, but don’t sell your soul to any party, but choose a party that will give you some benefit in the hereafter.

Know very well that our martyrs of freedom did not die to be slave of India. We can not be dictated by one woman thirst, and the thirst of India. Our freedom is too big, too important for us to be silent onlookers. We must act to save our freedom, and the leaders of all party’s of the opposition have a duty to safe guard this freedom. Even conscious, principled and brave man of Awamileague should discard their leaders and join the people to protect our freedom. Sultan Muhammad Monsur could be an example.

Brothers in Islam, and friends and equals in humanity, look at the generosity of Sheikh Hasina to India, she gave so much, but in return we got nothing. India will always dominate us if we give them the chance. They are a big country, they have a big army, and a big crafty intelligence service, if we open the door for them like Sheikh Hasina did, they will encompass us to economic, social and religious bankruptcy. We will become subservient to their economic and foreign policy. We need to be relying on our selves, our people and not on India. They are dictating our politics, because of one woman having her own dream to be prime minister for life. She holds a grudge on the people of Bangladesh for her father’s killings, but we should not be blamed for this. If any, it should be Sheikh Mujib to be blamed, for his policy of Baksal, and ownership mind had cost his life

Our freedom martyred never gave any authority to Sheikh Mujib or to anyone for one party rule. If they were alive, they would never have subscribed this. We never subscribed to a secular constitution. We are Muslim majority country, and our religion protects people of all faith and minorities. It is a religious obligation on us, far mightier in conviction than any man made law. The amendment of the constitution to revert back to 72 constitutions created more problem for us than solved any.

Awamileague leadership is corrupted in mind, emotionally disturbed, and is behaving like a schizophrenic mental patient. We need to be free from that mad woman. So open up your heart to doing something for the country, for the people, so that people may remember you as valiant Bangladeshi who stood up against injustice and tyranny.

Has Bangladesh judiciary lost all credibility to be worthy of respect?

Home Minister Mohiuddin Khan Alomgir said today that Jamat protest against court verdict is tantamount to contempt of court. He made this comment after a coast guard ceremony where American Ambassador Dan Mozina was present. He has a history of making political comment in front of American Ambassador, and it always seems to be regarding Jamat Shibir. Perhaps he is trying to impress their foreign backers, so that they tap his back or send him commendation for being unflinching in suppressing any opposition dissenters to their rule.

As for Dan Mozina, he probably cares very little who rules Bangladesh, as long as their interests are protected. USA is waiting for the TICFA frame work agreement to be signed by Bangladesh soon. The pros and cons of this agreement have been discussed at length in a separate article back few months ago. In any case, does the Home Ministers comment carry any weight as regards to Bangladesh judiciary as it is today? Almost every man with understanding of present government policy would agree that Bangladesh judiciary by name is independent, other wise, in reality; it is an Awami judiciary completely subservient to government dictates. We have seen how Justice Samsuddin Chowdhury Manik, one of the judges in Kader Mollah’s verdict was promoted to the appellate division, in spite of the former speaker accusing him for contempt of parliament, and other inappropriate ruling, so that the government would have a majority, especially for war crimes appeal tribunal.

Bangladesh is absence of an impartial functioning judiciary that citizen of Bangladesh can respect. One twitter fan gave a new acronym for ‘Bangladesh War Crime Tribunal’ (ICT). He named it ‘Indian Conspiracy Tribunal’, and there is some truth in this. India has been the main advisers to this government since Sheikh Hasina’s bid to come to power began five years ago. The economist reported back a few years ago that Awamileague came to power with bag full of Indian money and with the help of Indian intelligence service. One man who coordinated military  aspect of all this with former Army led government of Gen Moin U Ahmed, was Sheikh Hasina’s Defence Adviser Maj Gen (rtd) Ahmed Siddique. His name Siddique alludes to the attributes of truthfulness, but in reality, he is far from being a truthful man; he has much business interest with Sheikh Rehena, the Prime Ministers sister. Today, he and the Prime minister were addressing the PM’s Darbar for the Army personnel after raising the flag of 99 Composite Brigade held at Dhaka cantonment.

The Prime Minister at that Darbar promised to raise army retirement age, and other benefits. She made a scathing attack on Jamat Shibr and Hifazot, terming them as anti Islamic; those who burn the Quran and the Mosque, referring to Hifajot siege of Dhaka on 5th of May this year. In a nut shell, she had lied about everything to do with Islam, Protecting Islamic values, good governance, corruption and progress of the country. Her address was more to do with pacifying Army dissent and to give General Karim Bhuya, the chief of the Army, incentives to remain loyal with her, in case of unforeseen event taking place after 25th October, as threatened by the opposition to go on tough street agitation to realizing their demand for a non partisan election time government. It is yet to be seen how the Army Chief would react if chaos breaks out. I very much doubt the Army chief’s sincerity and neutrality to protect democracy and citizen of Bangladesh from Awami brutality, though others may differ with me. But certainly Bangladesh judiciary has lost all credibility to be worthy of respect.

The 18 Party Bangladeshi political alliances must not eye off from other pressing issues that Awamileague is trying to deflect from public attention

If knowledge is power, ignorance is weakness. A good strategy to win over your enemy is to know their tactics, their game plan and intelligence. Awamileague intentionally delayed all war crimes verdict to the end of their term to divert attention of the public from their failures and a host of corruption and killings. All the negative of Awamileague is positive for the opposition; they need to know how to use all the negatives against them. Use of the media is very vital in this day and age to convey the message to the public. They must underscore that in order to have a free and fare election, this government must hand over power to a neutral government, as under them all institution including the judiciary has become whiffy and politicized, therefore, Sheikh Hasina can use their party men to influence the election result.

What ever rocket science is done, one thing for sure, the opposition has to stick together to get rid of this government. Whether through ballot or by agitation, unity of purpose must be one, and that this government must go. Bangladesh Jamati Islam focus should now be on removal of this government rather than saving those accused of war crime. Awamileague are not doing trial for war crimes, they know very well that these people did not order anyone to be killed, but because of their political support for Pakistani regime at the time of independent, and because they see them as a threat for their long term goal of consolidating power in a Baksal set up, they have framed them and concocted evidence against them so that their wishful thinking will be fulfilled. As for Delwar Hussain Sayeedi, he has become a victim of situation, he was not even a member of Jamati Islam in 1971, nor did he killed anybody but because of his influential position within the party and within a wider public audience, he is framed for crimes that Delwar Sikdar had committed during the war. The clock has ticked too far to reverse anything now, only way salvaging something would be too ensure this discriminatory, divisive, and spiteful secular government leaves power. And to that end, BNP needs the help of Jamat and Hifazot as much as Jamat and Hifazot need BNP.

Some people and political commentator are too quick to opine that Jamat as a political force is finished. They conclude this from war crime tribunal judgment that implicated Jamati Islam as a party in war crimes. Though the judgment is biased, flawed and a travesty of justice, nevertheless Awamileague may use this judgment to ban Jamat. But even if they do follow this course and ban Jamat, their predicament will not end there, but a new dawn will begin for Jamati Islami under a different name which could become a more stronger force than one it is now. In reality, Islamic movement is never finished, and it never dies with the death of their leaders.

The opposition should not be worried about local conspiracy of Awamileague, all eyes and ears should be directed towards international conspiracy. Some time back, a  closed door meeting with DR Yunus by the USA state department has given rise to much possibility. We do not know the nature of this meeting. It is not unusual for such an international figure to have meeting with other government official, but at this critical time of Bangladesh politics, one can not dispel the possibility of some planning by the USA to secure their interest. America has a long term goal in Bangladesh and to that end it is heavily involved in various ways, sometimes looking the other way, and allowing human rights abuses. Mozinas biggest concern is Hifazot and Jamat; they see them as impediment to achieving their goal. The more secular a country is the better for USA companies to exploit its people and wealth. Bangladesh is a strategically important country for America as a potential business hub and as a military post to counter the Chinese threat. So an America friendly government is a priority for them. If Jamat and Hifazot can put to rest of United States concern, they might find them less enthusiastic to support Awamileague government to power. It is a good strategy by BNP to court DR Yunus, a figure like him, having wide experience in economy and international connection will be very useful for securing Bangladesh interest in the international arena.

Bangladesh Jamati Islam interest lies in seeing this government off and a Jamat friendly government in power. This will serve two purposes: one would see their supporters in Jailed unchained, lifting of all the politically motivated false cases filed against them, and possible reprieve for their leaders from unjust prosecution. The other would be a sigh of relief for our nation as a whole from the corruption, nepotism and oppression of the Awami government. The leadership of Bangladesh Jamati Islam should use all the means available at their disposal, both nationally and internationally to publicize, teach and make aware of Awami Government endless corruption, abduction, murder, and judicial injustice that they have inflicted upon the people of Bangladesh. And that this government will be a menace to safeguarding Islamic values, human rights, good governance, and political and social harmony in the country. The most important priority is to ensure a free, and fare election under a non-partisan neutral election time government, Otherwise, psychopath Hasina, Joy could be laughing all the way to the power again.

A sad chapter in the history of Bangladesh judiciary

Barrister Razzaq said, the Appellate Division had awarded death sentence against an accused for the first time while the trial court had awarded him life term imprisonment, and it is unprecedented in the history of Bangladesh.

Shabagi joy seekers delayed their party till evening apparently having runed out of man power and steam. They may be partying for their dream being fulfilled, but tomorrow may have brought misery for them, as there is always sorrow after happiness. Since onset of this trial, war crime tribunal has been marred by controversy, lies, and rejection, and to this day, every judgment has been questionable. Instead of healing wounds of the nation, it has increased bitterness, political and social instability, and has claimed hundreds of lives at the hands of so called justice seekers.  I called them so called justice seekers, because their understanding of justice falls far short of international standard, although, ironically, they named it ‘International War Crimes Tribunal’.

Kader Mollah’s life and death may depend on the out come of judicial review, if they allow one, but the legacy of this will have far reaching consequences for Awamileague. No one is against war crimes tribunal, not even Jamati Islam reject its principle, but the processes and intention behind the tribunal set  up, was to destroy one particular political party and kill all its leaders regardless whether they had committed any crimes or not. Bangladesh Jamati Islam at the time of liberation war, was a small Islamic party along with Muslim league, Nijami Islam and others, who had opposed the separation of Pakistan. It was a political decision made by its leaders to safeguard Muslim unity, which had no relationship to committing murder, rape, arson as they are accused by the prosecution. It was the Pakistani military and local militia that they had set up that committed brutal crimes against innocent civilians. Also some individuals, out of personal revenge, and the greed for power and wealth assisted and cooperated with the occupation army to kill, and rape innocent Bangladeshis. None of the men held for war crimes were ever accused, or had any case filled against them at any police station in Bangladesh after the liberation war until this current Awamileague government came to power in 2008.

The argument is, international war crimes stipulates that none could be tried for mere political support, but be tried for direct crimes committed  by  a person or have ordered such act to take place. There was no evidence beyond doubt that they had participated in killings or that they had ordered such crimes to be committed against any civilians.

According to defence lawyers and international war crimes expert, all these men would have been acquitted, had there been trial under international standards, and under impartial judges. The skype scandal is enough to implicate partiality of the investigators, prosecution, government and presiding judges in their involvement to achieve pre-set verdict. What is at stake is fair justice, and if this government loses power, and all indications are that they will massively loose under a non-partisan interim election time government, the opposition may use the same set up and standards to try Awamileague leaders for other crimes they had committed in the past. In conclusion, they have written their own fate by design.

Iraq’s misery continues with almost daily bombings and killings of innocent people

The House of Saud conspirators are creating havoc in Iraq. Every day we here suicide bombs have killed many, as if human life means nothing. Iraq should have attained peace within it self after the American withdrawal. Saddam was a brutal dictator, but now they have an elected government, a functional parliament, and a semi autonomous north. So why hasn’t the killing stopped? The question is simple: The Saudis can not tolerate democracy next to their border. They are afraid that their own brethren might see the fruits of freedom in Iraq and ask for theirs too. So they conspire, pump in huge sums of money, look for any dissatisfied section, and allure them, encourage them to fight for their rights by terrorism and killings. In this way an unstable Iraq would not pose any danger to the kingdom, as their subject would see freedom only brings bombs and bullet, so it is better to be ruled by kings and prince.

If any one has any doubt about the Saud, they should look no further but refer to a cable sent by Christopher Hill, former ambassador to Iraq, to US department of state in September 2009, in which it was mentioned, “Saudi Arabia constitutes the biggest challenge and the problem is more complex in relation to the Iraqi politicians who are trying to form a stable and independent government.”

The Saudi dictators are also trying to unseat the Tunisian Islamic government following the ouster of former Egyptian president Mohammad Mursi. Ben Ali, the former Tunisian dictator is advising the Saudi spy chief Bandar Bin Sultan to topple the Tunisian Government. The dessert kingdom has a history of interfering with other states that they see as a threat. Not only any threat posed on them is paramount, but often they would act for the USA or the Israelis to subdue a nation. The Saudis had a hand in Egypt in collusion with CIA and Mossad. Their spy chief has a history and a wealth of experience in dealing with covert and overt operation. Bandar had learned the trade from Afghanistan when he helped to funnel money and arms to the Mujahidin to fight the Russians. He is also most trusted by the USA, as he had a longest serving diplomatic post in Washington. He is a favourite to the Brits too, because he had helped to secure the arms deal of 40 billion with British company soon after the gulf war. He received a billion pound in commission for that deal.

The House of Saud has become a menace for peace and stability in the Middle Eastern region. They are the financial bankers of the USA military adventures. They have an endless amount of oil money which they lavishly spend on scheme to bring misery to others. This, they do for keeping intact their throne and palaces that they fear losing.

Bangladesh Nationalist Party has no right to do politics: Awami MP Sheikh Selim makes vile threat in the parliament today

This is the language of dictators; Sheikh Selim is blinded by powers bestowed upon them by the public as a trust. No man of rationale would speak such words other than dictators. Who gave him the authority to disregard the opinion of millions who voted for BNP? His language is the language of a dynastic family, ever eager to consolidate power for life. When blind followers of Awamileague argue and excel their party, why do they not give ear to this kind of talk, is this the language of democracy? That’s why people are against Awamileague, because they are like those hegemonic powers that bully their way to power. They take for granted that Bangladesh and its people and its governance are god given bequest for them, that they and only they have the sole right to rule Bangladesh.

Awamileagues top most leaders are retarded psychopath; they forcefully changed the constitution and tell us that it is holly, that it can not be changed, as if it is a god given holly book. No where in the world, among the nation that has constitution, that stipulated that constitution can not be changed. Law and instrument of government are made for people, not the other way round.

Awamileague talks so much about 72 constitutions, as if there was no imperfection, as if all people had accepted by referendum. There was no referendum; we were a new country born out of 9 months of armed struggle. No one had the experience of running an independent country. We never subscribed to secularism. Even the basic four main principle for which our valiant freedom fighters fought are absent from Awamilegue language. Awamileague speaks only the language of divisions, war and hatred. Their ruling elite run the country harbouring revenge for the killing of Sheikh Mujib. Sheikh Hasina came to politics to take revenge on the people of Bangladesh, as documented by a BBC journalist who took her interview in London. And she is continuing to torture the people of Bangladesh with her hate. Sheikh Mujib brought destruction on himself because of his mistakes, even their Minister Motia Chowdhury, who they call firebrand Motia, spoke vile words about Sheikh Mujib before his death which no opposition leaders ever dared spoke, yet she is in their cabinet. I admire General Osmani, the valiant Kader Siddique, and others that left Awamileague ,because they could not take their shit policy of one party rule.

Bangladesh belongs to all. We are all free men, we will decide by fare and free election whom we make our servant for the next five years. The people of Bangladesh are masters of their destiny, and who ever wish to run our country must accept our slavery. It is only then we will have true democracy, justice and progress. Realization must come from the politician that they are employed by the people to run our affairs. They are not there to loot, plunder, or favour their families, but faithfully serve the countries population as servant.

The future for Egypt and what it must do to avoid slipping to the past

What happened in Egypt was anticipated from the inauguration of Morsi’s presidency? Egypt had been under secular authoritarian rule from a very long time under Hosni Mubarak. All institutions, including the police, judiciary and the army had huge followers that are secular minded and western educated, having cultural affinity with western life style. A sudden change in government was not going to change the mind set of those individuals who had been under influence of western culture and ideology. There was always a risk of challenge to the Islamic government from the outset. Morsi was on an uphill struggle to please both the secularist and at the same time adhere to Islamic ideology and principles. The main challenge came from the western sponsored and trained military which controls about one quarter of the countries economy. The united state shell out each year to the Egyptian Army in aids over 1.5 billion dollars. This huge amount of money does not come for free, but it is attached with certain conditions, one such condition is the maintenance of almost subservient relationship with the state of Israel. Therefore, the military was always going to be a factor to Morsis’s rule, because the big brother had a yoke around Egypt’s neck that was too difficult to throw off or resist.

Mossad and the CIA had their agent working from day one to over throw the Islamist backed president. And finally their agent succeeded in persuading the Army to do their bidding. The Anti Morsi protest in the streets were encouraged and carefully planned by Mossad and CIA agents to give an excuse for the Army to take over. General Abdul fatah al Sisi, should not to be trusted by what he says, his vision and stated plan for Egypt is a temporary mere show. If he could consolidate power, in the name of stability, he would most certainly hold on to it as long as he is able to do so. The opposition which backed the overthrow of Morsi must now avoid narrow party politics. It must not trust the Egyptian Army that it has suddenly become a genuine force for democracy . Egypt must express the will of millions in the Middle East or it will continue to be controlled and crushed by the Zionist and the west. It must throw off the Zionist bondage or it will be forever unable to resist the expansion of the Zionist entity into the lands and affairs of others.

Egypt must ensure that everybody’s economic interest is protected, although it may take time. If the Egyptians’ fails in moving forward in a democratic course and does not come out of Western finance capitalism, it will put themselves in to their permanent control.

The Egyptian nation must build a democratic future for their country and limit the role of the Army so that their 2011 revolution that toppled Mubarak would not go to waste. Egypt should diversify its economy and make new alliances instead of the west so that their reliance on USA will be limited and therefore, it will be in a position to have their own independent economic and foreign policy without being dictated by others. Egyptian people must not make the mistake of dividing the country by supporting arrest and repression of one section of the society by the Army, as is the case happening now in Egypt. Muslim Brotherhood top leadership and activists are being arrested as I write this article. This is indicative of opposition arrests and torture by the army led caretaker government of Bangladesh. These actions by the Egyptian Militarily allude to some form of experience sharing by the USA with the Egyptian Army. Egypt must avoid politics of hate, or it will face divisions and be lost in political dilemma

Morsi had made some mistakes from the outset that lost the support of the liberal who had voted for him to stop Ahmed Shafique from the Mubarak Era coming to power. The decision to issue the November Decree was done to pass the draft constitution without having the court dissolving it. The court was not sympathetic towards MB nor was the bureaucracy, in hindsight; the November decree to protect his decision from judicial review could have been delayed or done differently in consultation with the liberals. He also inherited a state having diseased economy and a bureaucracy blemished with corruption. On top of that he relied too much on MB political leadership for policy advice and their support base rather than pursuing an independent broad policy that accommodated other political section, at least for his first term. But in spite of all his mistakes, I also believe that outside players, namely the Zionists had played a crucial role in consultation with the USA to rid MB from power, although in Public they are saying otherwise. If military had played neutral, I believe in spite of public protest, he could have finished the full five years, and most certainly would have lost the next election. The army and the law enforcement agency in collaboration with outside dictates supported the opposition and precipitated his downfall earlier than his contractual term. I believe he should have called   early election to ward off the military from dictating, that would have been better for the Egyptian democracy, even if it meant MB losing the election.

The most powerful expression on justice in the history of mankind

State Minister Mr. Shansul Haque Tuku of Bangladesh  once advised Begum Khaleda Zia to take lessons from Shapla action against Hifazot Islam ,accusing begum Zia for the lose of life, damaging democracy and putting a barrier to war crimes tribunal, and even suggesting her party’s  obliteration as a political party. It sounded like a virtuous speech coming from a virtuous State Minister. But the Minister knowingly hid the truth, for he was in self denial. In fact, the actual the problem point to their actions which are intrinsic to the nature of Awamileague rather than BNP. Historically since independence, Awamileague has been the most wanton party to destroy democracy, kill people, and plunder countries wealth with impunity. In fact, they are the most problem creator than a solution provider. They have this belief for Sheikh Mujibs’ most fancied system of government called ‘BAKSAL’:  where one party rules and one opinion prevails over millions of Bangladeshis. And it would not be an exaggeration to say that they are the most arrogant, selfish, cunning, and hypocritical politician in Bangladesh. As for war crime tribunal, surely, he must have realized, it has become a burden for them rather than a let off. And if that was not enough then surely Shabag killings of Hiffazot men should make them worried. It had already made their backers India worried

It had been reported that Indian intelligence agency (RAW) having made their analysis, were worried for BD awamileague prospect for winning the next election. Their observation was that Shabag blogers had made negative impact on the popularity and support of Awamileague with the general public, and have opened a Pandora’s Box which had not been there before. Hifazote Islam has become a factor, and even a report in Washington Post had confirmed that fear that Islamic movement in Bangladesh are increasing their support with the public.

The Indian intelligence service further commented that both India and America want to see the present government in power again, but the likely hood of this possibility will be hard to achieve. However, RAW did not say why they want to see a brutal authoritarian government in power, rather than one elected by popular vote. I guess, it is to do with selfish interest of hegemonic powers that are drawing new road map for future strategic interest, so that the government that most serves them are best fitting to be in power.

The only impediments to their dream are the nationalist patriotic and conservative Islamic party’s, hence their fear for them. A Source of extensive, but unforeseen troubles for the people of Bangladesh is on its way, thanks to India, and America’s game plan

Sheikh Hasina, the lady Hitler of Bangladesh thinks all is fine and well, as if she had a family squabble with Hifazot and Jamat and BNP, day after tomorrow everything will be forgotten. Well, who could have forgotten the terror unleashed on 28 February on Jamat Shibir, and on the dark night of 6th of May. If ever anybody’s hair stood on end with terror, mine must have done so then, even though thousand miles apart. No one could happily slip away, and deposit that part of conscience in the mist of history. Men’s nature is to see justice, and you can bet justice shall be done. Today or tomorrow, Sheikh Hasina will have to answer for her crime, for justice is universal, and we have a powerful expression on justice in our Quran.

Those who propagate that Islamic teaching are back dated and only meant for the 14th century, should reflect on this following statement of the Quran:

“O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah, even if it be against yourselves or parents and relatives, whether one is rich or poor, Allah is more worthy of both. So follow not personal inclination, lest you not be just. And if you distort your testimony or refuse to give it then indeed Allah is ever acquainted, with what you do.”

Now, it is often fashionable with many modern educated pundit in the east to adopt western thoughts and ideas because they see it more advance, modern and realistic, but what if the greatest western mind adopts and recognizes statement made by, what eastern modern pundit perceive as to be backdated, to be described as one of the greatest expression for justice in history? Would they then take it? Well, this is exactly what is described and posted at the entrance of faculty of Law at Harvard University. So, if the fashion is to adopt the west; then why not adopt this Ayah and implement this in the civic life, more relevantly, to the war crime tribunal. Would it not be more modern and just for judges in courts of Bangladesh to adhere to Quranic verse of Sura Nisa when delivering the verdict of war crime?
